Induction Heating for Variably Sized Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Materials through Load Modulation

Induction heating (IH) is a process of the electrically conducting materials especially ferromagnetic with help electromagnetic induction through generating heat in an object by eddy currents. A well-entrenched way IH to design system pertaining usage such as stainless steel, iron, etc., which restricts end user’s choice using utensils made only. This research article proposes new scheme that equally effective for and non-ferromagnetic aluminium copper. achieved having competent embodies series resonant inverter controller where flexible load modulation (FLM) deployed. FLM facilitates change operating frequency accordance type material chosen heating. The recent attempts researchers on all metal have not addressed much variable shapes sizes material, whereas this address issue well. proposed verified 2 kW compatible both industrial domestic applications.
